Feng Shui for Your Saftey

Staff Writer

The one and only Phil May of TechnoRV.com tells us about using technology on the road.  It may seem like a simple thing to decide where to put your computer in your RV.  Most of us would simply put it wherever it fit, but as Phil explains that isn’t usually the best method. Phil’s here to help us Feng Shui our RV and make viewing those wide open vistas more comfortable and more wide open.

Ever sit at a computer for an hour two researching things you’d like to see on your cross country trek, and when you’re done and get up your wrist hurts? This might seem like a little thing but it could lead to serious health problems that may require surgery one day. Not having our mouse or keyboard at the right height and distance from our bodies could cause Carpal Tunnel or a Repetitive Strain Injury. Some of these strains could be alleviated by adjusting our posture, but if our computers are at the wrong height no amount of arching our hands more on the keyboard or sitting straight in our chairs will matter.

Phil May is here to help us not only be more comfortable out on the road but to help us be healthier with our technology use on this episode of GadgetPlex.
