California RV Show preps for 59th Annual Event

The California RV Show is set to kick off on October 14th at the Pomona Fairplex, and this year looks like one of the best ever for the show.

The event is one of the longest-running in the country, with this year marking the 59th Annual convention. The show has grown to enormous proportions in recent years and is now officially the largest RV show in the western United States. This year, more than 800 models from 40 manufacturers are scheduled to be there, and 150 of those models will be available for test drives.

In addition, a number of special events are on the schedule, including cooking seminars, RV demonstrations, kids' activities and much more.

California RV Show Director Tom Gaither said that the event coordinators had taken visitor feedback from year's past into account, lowering the price of admission and offering special deals to give guests more value.

"Show-goers told us what they wanted and we are delivering it all this year: Our new entrance policy allows unlimited admission for the entire 10-day length of the show for only $10 for adults. Just pay once at the gate and receive your show wristband. Also new is our 'Drive Your RV to the Show and Park for Free' promotion."
