The RV chain Camping World has announced that it will be expanding its business significantly over the next few years, with the goal to add 20 more franchises over the next two years and bring the national total up over 100.
Camping World sells a wide variety of RV parts and accessories, along with RVs themselves and a selection of camping equipment. Business has reportedly been booming for the company, which means that more stores are on the way.
"Camping World is poised for growth in every segment of our business with a goal of 100 stores by 2014," said Marcus Lemonis, CEO of Camping World. "A larger store base will allow us to better serve our 4 million customers nationwide and our 1.3 million Good Sam members… we will continue to invest in our brick and mortar business units with the addition of over 200 service bays nationwide in the next 12 months including more paint and collision centers, accessory stores and RV dealerships."
The company says that new stores are coming to Orlando, Ocala, Cocoa Beach, Raleigh, South Florida, Harrisburg, Oklahoma, New England states, Virginia, Texas and Washington State, with more locations to follow.
