RVTrader.com launches tablet-friendly classifieds site

Classifieds are not just for selling and trading cars, trucks and SUVs anymore, as a new site has recently launched where people can purchase and sell RVs on their smartphones and tablets. RV Trader, a division of Dominion Enterprises, just unveiled its new RV classifieds site that allows potential buyers and sellers to check out recreational vehicles from the road, office or anywhere else their phone or tablet has internet access.

According to the company, the new site will allow RV enthusiasts to check out full-screen photos, searching and refining to hone in on RVs they are interested in in a flash. The company decided to set up a tablet-friendly site due to the growing demand it's seen. RVTrader.com has seen mobile pageviews increase by 75 percent from December 2011 to January 2012.

"We know this number will only continue to grow as more and more people access the internet from mobile and tablet devices than ever before," said Tim Custer, general manager of RV Trader. "It is critical we continue to learn how customers are accessing classified information on the internet and offer them solutions to improve their experiences on our sites. The future of browsing is on the tablet, especially for RVers on the go."
