- Honey, Molasses, Maple Sugar (unprocessed), Raw Sugar
ARTIFICIAL FOOD COLORING
- What is it?
- Color additive to produce the color of the food you want.
- Why is it bad?
- Allergic reactions, Hyperactivity in Children, Certain Cancers, Brain Damage.

- Beet Juice, Pureed Vegetables, Fruit (Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Peaches, etc.) Orange Juice, Sweet Potatoes.
BHA & BHT
- What is it?
- Fat Preserver
- Why is it bad?
- Hyperactivity in children, Certain Cancers, Carcinogenic, Behavior Changes
