<li>1-2 lbs. Chicken wings</li>
<li>1/2 Cup Wing sauce (your favorite kind and temp)</li>

<li>1/4 Cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (or your favorite brand)</li>
<li>2 Cloves of garlic</li>
<li>4 Ounces Cream cheese (half a block)</li>
<li>2 Teaspoons Brown sugar</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="directions:">Directions:</h2>
<ul>
<li><em>Step One:</em> Place all ingredients, excepts chicken wings, into a bowl and mix (just breaking the cream cheese into a few pieces, it will melt down).</li>
<li><em>Step Two:</em> Place chicken wings into bottom of slow cooker and pour sauce on top.</li>
<li><em>Step Three:</em> Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.</li>

<li><em>Serve over Fritos and top with sour cream and shredded cheese for a yummy “Frito Pie.”</em></li>

<p>*2 lbs. Ground turkey seasoned (browned and with salt and pepper)</p>

<li>1 Green bell pepper</li>
<li>1 Packet chili seasoning mix</li>
<li>2 (8 oz) Cans Tomato sauce</li>
<li>1 Can Mexicorn</li>
<li>1 Can Rotel</li>
<li>1 Can Diced tomatoes</li>
<li>2 Cans Kidney beans (drained and rinsed)</li>
<li>Oregano</li>
<li>Cumin</li>
<li>Garlic powder</li>
<li>Onion powder</li>
</ul>

<li><em>Step One:</em> Place all ingredients in slow cooker (last four ingredients to taste).</li>
<li><em>Step Two:</em> Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.</li>

	Meaty Mac
	Use a 6 quart slow cooker.

Ingredients:

<li>Step Three: Spray the crock with cooking spray, and start your layers of 1) meat sauce 2) uncooked lasagna noodles 3) ricotta cheese mixture 4) spinach.</li>
<li>Step Four: Repeat layers one more time. Top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.</li>
<li>Step Five: Cook on low for three hours. Careful, any longer will overcook the noodles!</li>

<li>1 8oz. Can of pineapple chunks, drained or half fresh chopped pineapple</li>

<li>Step One: Place chicken breasts, water, marinade, and onion in the slow cooker.</li>
<li>Step Two: Cook on LOW 7-8 hrs. or on HIGH for 3-4 hrs.</li>
<li>Step Three: Add pineapple chunks in the last hour or wait until the end for a fresher taste.</li>
<li>Step Four: Serve over rice or in a warm corn tortilla with lettuce and Pico de Gallo</li>

Caribbean Chicken

	Jaci’s Caribbean Chicken

*This recipe is featured in the Crockin Girls cookbook Slow Cookin’ Companion

	Use a 6 quart slow cooker.

Ingredients:

	4 Frozen Chicken Breasts
	1.5 Cups Water
	1 Bottle of Caribbean Jerk Marinade
	1 small onion, sliced
	1 8oz. Can of pineapple chunks, drained or half fresh chopped pineapple

Directions:

	Step One: Place chicken breasts, water, marinade, and onion in the slow cooker.
	Step Two: Cook on LOW 7-8 hrs. or on HIGH for 3-4 hrs.
	Step Three: Add pineapple chunks in the last hour or wait until the end for a fresher taste.
	Step Four: Serve over rice or in a warm corn tortilla with lettuce and Pico de Gallo

<li>1 Can beef broth, 10.5 oz</li>
<li>1 Can beef consumer, 10.5 oz</li>
<li>1 Can french onion soup, 10.5 oz</li>
<li>Rolls, or serve it family style and grab a large loaf of bread!</li>
<li>Cheese of your choice</li>

	French Dip Sandwiches!

Ingredients:

<li>1 Can refrigerated pizza dough</li>
<li>1-2 Cups pizza sauce</li>
<li>1-2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese</li>
<li>Any ingredients of your liking! On this episode, the girls let the kiddos choose: Pineapple, Canadian Bacon, Onion, and Bell Pepper.</li>

<ul>
<li>Step One: Thoroughly spray your slow cooker with cooking spray, then unroll the dough on the bottom of the slow cooker. Be sure it comes up about one inch on the sides.</li>
<li>Step Two: Add the desired amount of sauce to the top of your dough, then add the rest of the toppings!</li>
<li>Step Three: Cook on high for about 2.5 hours. When finished, the crust will begin to pull away from the sides of the slow cooker and turn brown. Remove the lid and let the pizza cool for 20-30 min.</li>
<li>Step Four: The pizza should be able to be lifted from the slow cooker using two spatulas.</li>

The Crockin’ Girls continue to “wow” us with the recipes you can make in a slow cooker! These recipes are great for the entire family, and the kids can help too!

	Crockin Pizza

Ingredients:

	1 Can refrigerated pizza dough
	1-2 Cups pizza sauce

<li>Ingredients:</li>
<li>2 1/2 &#8211; 3 Pounds of chicken drumsticks</li>
<li>1/2 Cup of ketchup</li>
<li>1/4 Cup of water</li>
<li>1/4 Cup of brown sugar, packed</li>
<li>1 envelope onion soup mix</li>
<li><em>Directions</em></li>
<li>Step One: Arrange chicken in slow cooker.</li>
<li>Step Two: Combine remaining ingredients and then pour over the chicken.</li>

Chicken in a Hurry: Prepare it Fast and Cook It Slow

	Prepare it fast and cook it slow, it’s Chicken in a Hurry! We’ve got Watergate and Ramen Noodle Salads, too!
	Chicken in a Hurry by Josee Garceau (pg. 249) fromSlow Cookin’ Companion
	Ingredients:
	2 1/2 - 3 Pounds of chicken drumsticks
	1/2 Cup of ketchup
	1/4 Cup of water
	1/4 Cup of brown sugar, packed
	1 envelope onion soup mix
	Directions
	Step One: Arrange chicken in slow cooker.
	Step Two: Combine remaining ingredients and then pour over the chicken.
	Step Three: Cover and cook on HIGH for 4–5 hours or on LOW for 7–8 hours.
	_Watergate Salad (or Pistachio Salad as Nicole’s family calls it!)
	Ingredients:
	1 (14 oz) Can of crushed pineapple, drained
	1 small Package of Jello Pistachio Pudding
	1 medium tub of Cool Whip
	1 small Package of mini marshmallows
	1 Cup of shredded coconut
	Optional: extra chopped nuts if desired (the pudding mix will have some in it)

	1 Package of shredded cabbage (will be labeled for coleslaw)

Angel Chicken

	The girls cook up a light, delicious recipe, perfect for busy families: Angel Chicken!
	Angel Chicken by Kari Routledge (pg. 330) from Slow Cookin’ Companion

Ingredients:

	4 to 6 Chicken Breasts
	1/4 Cup of Butter

Summer Crockin’

	The girls cook up some great summer time recipes! Baby Back Ribs and Black and Blue Cobbler!

	Ingredients:
